VIDEO ADVENTURES

Tree Planting in Northern B.C.
Summer 2018

I wanted to go tree planting to meet awesome people, to explore B.C. wilderness and to prove to myself that I could do it. After three long months, it was everything I wanted. The job was tough but the people and places were so worth it! Working in a six-pack, our crew became like family and our truck became our home. Every day I felt so lucky to be surrounded by beautiful landscapes even though the bugs were ruthless and the sun was unyielding. Definitely not for everyone.
Whistler, British Columbia
January 2018

The annual ski trip to Whistler continues with all members of the family joining this year! This "vacation" was essentially winter bootcamp filled with cross-country skiing, hiking the Train Wreck Trail and five days of downhill shredding. A sweet inversion caused the top of the mountain to be at least 10˚C warmer than the bottom. And of course, it's not a full day of Whistler skiing unless it ends with Guiness at Duhb Linn Gate :)

Hiking the Kungsleden, Sweden
Late June 2017

High above the Arctic Circle, my sister, my sister's boyfriend, and I began our week long excursion of the Kungsleden or the "King's Trail" in Northern Sweden. Starting in Abisko, we hiked around 120 km south toward Nikkaluokta, passing by Kebnekaise, Sweden's tallest mountain. Highly recommend this trail.
Scottish Road Trip
Late May 2017

Holy shit, this was fun. My friends and I rented a campervan from a company called "Wicked Campers". We ventured up to the highlands and camped for two nights, surrounded by amazing landscapes. This video was made for a Jack Wolfskin promotion; if I submitted a video of me using one of their products, they would reimburse me for it. Thank you Jack Wolfskin for the free £140 tent!
Spring Break in Nicaragua
February 2018

Instead of binge-drinking on a beach in Cuba or freezing our butts off in Mount Tremblent, my friends, Leah, Kristina, and I decided to explore Nicaragua for our reading week. From exploring spanish colonial cities, feeding monkeys on kayaks, hiking volcanoes and surfing the Pacific, this trip was jam-packed with adventure! P.S. I highly recommend staying at El Zopilote on Ometepe Island - it's a legit oasis.
Whistler, British Columbia
September 2017

With my sister now living in Whistler, B.C. and my mom performing in the Vancouver Fringe Festival, it made sense that I headed west for Frosh Week for one last pre-school adventure. We ended up climbing life away up in the Coastal Mountains, doing the Whistler Via Ferrata as well as lots of outdoor bouldering and top-roping. We also got to spent a day hiking in Joffre Lakes National Park. Thanks for hosting, Natalie!
Lagos, Portugal // Marseille, France
Mid-June 2017

I had ten days to kill in between having no accommodation in Glasgow and meeting up with my sisters in Stockholm. Thankfully, Europe has Ryanair! So, I organized a solo-adventure to a surf camp in Southern Portugal and then hopped over to the south of France to experience Les Calanques.
